Every necklace is engraved to order in 2–5 business days, then shipped by tracked USPS in 2–5 business days. Shipping is free on every US order. We currently ship to US addresses only.

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Every Twelve Posies necklace is engraved with a name and made to order, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, or for spelling we were given at checkout.

If your necklace arrives damaged, defective, or engraved differently from your order, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll remake and resend it free; you don't need to send the original back.

If tracking shows your package was lost in transit, contact us and we'll resend it free once we've confirmed the address. If it was returned because of an incorrect address, we can resend it for the cost of shipping.

You can change or cancel an order free of charge until engraving starts. Email us as soon as possible.
